Sault Female Hockey Houseleague report for Jan 11 – Jan 18
Pee Wee Division
Purvis Marine 3 National Supply 2
Cassie Evans, Sarah Wright and Miranda Caruso handled the goal scoring for Purvis, Tara Slumskie chipped in with two assists. Alyssa Perry and Arizona Commanda-Boissoneau scored for National, with Rylee Fox, Mariah Fata and Trisha Saarinen each picking up an assist.
Marconi Club 1 Meyers Munchies 1
Lauren Fabbro, with an assist from Lilianna Bressan, took care of the Marconi goal. Jenna Carlucci scored for Meyers with Emilie Hodgson assisting.
Thessalon Lions 3 Meyers Munchies 1
Rebecca Julien, Dana Tetreault and Rachel Webster scored for Thessalon. Julien, Webster, Rosemary Rankin and Emily Good each earned an assist. Emilie Hodgson had an unassisted marker for Meyers.
Thessalon Lions 9 Purvis Marine 3
Vanessa Ervin lead Thessalon with four goals, Rosemary Rankin and Rachel Webster each had two, Emily Good a single. Rebecca Julien had three assists, Ervin and Alyssa Grondin each picked up two. Miranda Caruso lead Purvis with two goals, Megan Vernelli had a single while Tara Slumskie picked up an assist.
Bantam Division
Station Mall 2 Riuniti 1
Kala Studens and Sarah Bibeau took care of the Station Mall goals, Jessie Tulloch and Natalie Roberts each had an assist. Abby Roque, with assists going to Sharlee Souliere and Samantha Huhtala, handled the Riuniti marker.
Christie’s R.V. 2 Soo Source For Sports 2
Morgan Salewski and Olivia Pastore scored the Christie’s goals, Jenna Malkki and Kyra DiMicoli had one assist each. Kailey Turco and Hanna Murray handled the Source For Sports goals with Cassandra Tessaro and Taylor Maitland each earning an assist.
Riuniti 4 Soo Source For Sports 2
Abby Roque had the hat trick to lead Riuniti, Sam Jefferson had a single. Sharlee Souliere picked up three assists, Samantha Huhtala contributed two, Desiree Rouse and Paige Trecroce each had a single helper. Taylor Maitland and Hannah Murray scored the Source For Sports goals, Cassandra Tessaro, Laura Orlando and Brooke Roach-Neville each had single assists.
Christie’s R.V. 8 Station Mall 2
Morgan Salewski and Kayla Boyer each scored a pair for Christie’s, Katie Wardlaw, Kyra DiMicoli, Olivia Pastore and Taylor Tangie had singles. Jessica Oliver, Dimicoli and Boyer each picked up two assists. Samm Biocchi and Kala Studens had the Station Mall goals with Sarah Bibeau, Natalie Roberts and Jessie Tulloch each picking up an assist.
Intermediate Division
Duke of Windsor 1 Thessalon 0
Shelby Sayers-Jones had an unassisted goal for Duke, Alicia Willoughby picked up the shut-out.
Duke of Windsor 4 Thessalon 2
Shelby Sayers-Jones scored all four Duke goals, Serina Nicholson, Kayla Visnevsky and Breanna Buchan each had an assist. Becca Lawrence and Steph Fluke scored for Thessalon, Erica Sachro and Kassidy McDougall had assists.
McDougall Fuels 3 Sports Gold 2
Ashley Bradley, Krista McClelland and Devin Rafter supplied the McDougall goals, Bradley and Dina Mandolesi each had an assist. Erica Aceti and Lynnea Loubert scored for Sports Gold with Tiana Iacoboni, Brianna Myers and Alisha Pigeau picking up assists.
Marconi Club 1 YIPS 1
Logan Caicco, with assists going to Laura Didier and Tiffany Van Zant, handled the Marconi goal. Sara McCulloch, assisted by Tiana Chandler, scored the YIPS goal.
McDougall Fuels 7 Thessalon 3
For McDougall, Dina Mandolesi had four goals and one assist with Ashley Bradley chipping in with two goals and three helpers. Kaila Kaldma had the other McDougall goal while Jamie Kirk and Alicia White each picked up single assists. Adrienne Hagen had a two goal game for Thessalon, Haley McLeod had the other. Chipping in with single assists were MacLeod, CoryLynne Deevey, Erica Sachro and Katie Golec.
Thessalon 4 Duke of Windsor 2
Haley Julien had a goal and two assists to lead Thessalon. Amanda Haner, Syd Lovelace and Steph Fluke had the other Thessalon goals. Reilley Evoy picked up one assist. Shelby Sayers-Jones and Amanda Trudeau each had one goal and one assist for Duke, Serina Nicholson chipped in with one assist.
Wildcats 2 Marconi Club 0
Jamie Orlando and MacKenzie Gibson had the Wildcat goals with Mariah Krancevich picking up two assists and Krissa Zack one helper. Aleisha Labbe earned the shut-out.
