A-Rod Specifies What He Took: Boli, Ripped Fuel. At a confessional press conference today, Alex Rodridguez said he used steroids (or “boli”, the Dominican energy booster) only while in Texas, but did enhance his performance in Seattle with the supplement “Ripped Fuel”, which contains the now-banned stimulant ephedra.
Judging by the man-boobs A-Rod sported in his Late Show Biff Henderson rubdown, you could argue that it either worked really well, or he needs more of it.
