Celebrate Wine in the Woods in Columbia, MD
Wine in the Woods is an annual wine festival that takes place at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. The event goes on all weekend and features an enormous amount of wine from all over. You pay a cover charge to get in, and then you can roam and taste all you want!
Aside from wine tasting, there’s also plenty of food, arts & crafts and many different live music acts. Merriweather, a popular outdoor concert venue is a great place to host Wine in the Woods. Aside from the outdoor amphitheater itself, the surrounding woods and open fields are serene and well-kept.
The even takes place from noon to 6 PM on both Saturday and Sunday and costs $25 to get in. If you’re under 21, it’s only going to cost you $5, but of course you won’t be privy to any wine tastings
