American Idol Top 4, American Idol April 29 – American Idol Top 4 was revealed tonight. Matt Giraud was kicked out which leaves Kris Allen ,Danny Gokey ,Allison Iraheta and Adam Lambert. Next week’s theme will be Rock and Roll.

American Idol has been rumored to be fixed since the show started. Of course in a situation like A.I. there is little to be done to prove the scandal.

However, one of the staff members for the show is running their mouth. Spies lurk everywhere, even the Idol set, and caught the ear of one. The furious staffer was bitching about the fix. Apparently the producers for the show have picked the Final 4 from the current 11 hopefuls. A Gatecrasher spy reported the ramblings of the disgruntled worker.

Rat Pack is a popular co-ed group from the early 50s and 60s, original members includes the legendary Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin and Joey Bishop. The Rat Pack often performed in Las Vegas, Nevada, the entertainment capital of the world.

Was “Band of Gold” by Freda Payne a disco song? banc of gold was considered a disco song. The original Freda Payne version and the Sylvester version as well as other covers and mixes of the song received regular play at any well respected discoteque during the 1970’s; of course you had to BE there! The last thing he did was “get down tonight”. And Freda Payne’s sound had little to do with the AI sound system. She was out of breath and struggling. Thelma sounded good for a “mature woman” and even though the dress was a little young, she looked good!!! Freda Payne – Band Of Gold Freda Payne sings “Band Of Gold.” Wow! This is one sexy performer. And a really hot performance. What man could sleep in a seperate room from Freda? And where did she get that ass? I could only dream. Thanks Freda. Some other thoughts on the night… Paula’s night. In a first for “Idol,” Paula does what Paula used to do best – choreograph. The group dance – the Jackson’s “Shake Your Body (Down to the Ground)” – was a Paula creation, and as group dances went, this one was success. Nice moves (but, umm, were all those lips moving with the sounds coming out what’s called “lip-syncing?” Just asking.) Disco night at the Bellagio. Or the Luxor. Or… “Idol.” Who could tell…I mean, Harry Wayne Casey, of KC and the Sunshine Band? Joanna Pacitti came under fire when it was revealed she was allowed to audition and was put through to “Idol’s” Hollywood round on Wednesday night’s show.

The 24-year-old joined the cast of Broadway’s “Annie” at the age of 11. But Joanna Pacitti and her family ended up suing producers after Joanna Pacitti was replaced in the show after she became sick with bronchitis. Joanna Pacitti’s mother filed suit for $50 million, but settled with producers out of court.

The Throgs Neck Bridge caught on fire Friday morning, causing massive traffic jams all through New York. Traffic in New York…what else is new?! As a native New Yorker, I’m used to all sorts of traffic, but I’m thankful I wasn’t caught up in this particular jam.

The bridge, which connects the Bronx and Queens, was engulfed in flames caused by a fire started on a construction platform hovering just beneath the bridge. Initially, some lanes were kept open as firefighters fought the blaze early in the morning on Friday, around 5am. Eventually, they shut the bridge down altogether, pushing the line of cars back miles into Queens.

It’s still unclear whether the fire has caused any structural damage. Initial reports indicate that the bridge is still very much sturdy and secure, but there will be experts weighing in on that in the next few days. In my opinion, it would take a very hot, big and long-burning fire to cause any serious structural damage to a massive steel bridge.

The Throgs Neck Bridge caught on fire Friday morning, causing massive traffic jams all through New York. Traffic in New York…what else is new?! As a native New Yorker, I’m used to all sorts of traffic, but I’m thankful I wasn’t caught up in this particular jam.

The bridge, which connects the Bronx and Queens, was engulfed in flames caused by a fire started on a construction platform hovering just beneath the bridge. Initially, some lanes were kept open as firefighters fought the blaze early in the morning on Friday, around 5am. Eventually, they shut the bridge down altogether, pushing the line of cars back miles into Queens.

It’s still unclear whether the fire has caused any structural damage. Initial reports indicate that the bridge is still very much sturdy and secure, but there will be experts weighing in on that in the next few days. In my opinion, it would take a very hot, big and long-burning fire to cause any serious structural damage to a massive steel bridge.
