A mere 2 hours before the show’s live broadcast on Tuesday, stage manager Debbie Williams fell from Ryan Seacrest retractable staircase, suffering a gash to the bone on her leg that required a trip to the emergency room and stitches. A large tower also fell, littering the stage with shattered glass.

 Baskin Robbins, known for its 31 flavors, is offering a 31 cent scoop night. The special will run tonight (April 29, 2009) from 5 to 10 pm. According to the Los Angeles Times, proceeds from the sales will go towards a $100,000 donation to the National Volunteer
